Hi, I’m Sara!
I’m the owner of SDMU and the face behind the emails.
Having always had an interest in doing something more creative, I finally took the leap to leave the corporate world in 2011 and train to become a makeup artist and have never looked back. In January 2020, I branched out and set up SDMU, a team of Freelance MUA’s and spray tanners to provide freelance services throughout the West of Ireland. We offer an array of makeup services, whether it be bridal, special occasion, editorial, hen parties or lessons. By combining our techniques with our passion for make up, we can ensure you look your best and enhance your natural beauty, whatever the occasion.
I now have a fantastic team who all share the same passion and enthusiasm as I do. We are based in various locations throughout Co Galway, so are able to provide our services in the comfort of your own home, hotel or on location. As well as working on our own we are also able to provide a team to cater for those larger groups or wedding parties.
Sara was such an absolute gem! I was highly recommended to book Sara. One of the best decisions. She is a breath of fresh air, so down to earth & made my day so special. Was so grateful to have such an amazing soul who not only made my face beautiful, but put my nerves to rest.
